Shou Sugi Ban (Yakisugi) Technique
Easily achieve this Shou Sugi Ban (Yakisugi) finish by burning the wood surface and removing the extra char with the WRBW80 80 grit nylon brush to reveal the charred raised grain while leaving the surface perfectly clean and ready for a top coat. Wood dyes and coloring can be added post char removal. Connecting to a dust collection system is recommended.

Wood Texturing
Quickly and easily texture any wood surface by using the WRSS01 stainless steel brush. This brush will also strip out the soft wood and the hard grain exposed or raised creating a beautifully aged appearance. Ideally followed up with the WRBW80 80 grit nylon brush for a smooth finish. The WRSS01 will be more aggressive on removing the soft grain than the WRBW80.

Epoxy Pour Live Edge Prep
Strip, clean and etch your live edge river table edges all at the same time. Create a surface fully prepped for an unbreakable bond between the wood and epoxy using the WRSS01 stainless steel brush. The tiny wires will leave a scratch pattern that creates a perfect surface for adhesion. Attach your restorer to a dust collection system for a dust-free surface.
